The Deadline
To initiate a return, simply email us before 5:00 PM PDT on the 14th calendar day after receipt.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a 100% refund, the equipment must remain in its original delivered condition. We cannot accept returns if the asset:
- Has been modified or altered
- Was involved in an accident
- Sustained any new damage
- Is used as loan collateral (encumbrance)
